What kind of party is complete without knives?!?!

So yes I do have a somewhat dangerous habit of drunkenly playing with knives at parties. It usually just feels like a good idea at the time and since when has a little danger hurt anybody? Anywho Knife Party has done some amazing remixes of some great songs. Very uptempo dubstep and synthesizers up the wazooo.

Skrillex. In my opinion the best.

Sorry if I am showing something that might be considered "mainstream." And if you know anything about electronic music namely dubstep or glitch or whatever you want to call his music, you know who Skrillex is. I really believe Skrillex is the most talented producer out there for the genre. And I am going to post my favorite songs of his out right now in order to avoid the temptation of posting all of his amazing songs in the future. They are great give them all a listen and it could easily change your life as much as it did mine :)

With you Friends is just straight up a masterpeice and easily my favorite electronic song. Great for all occasions, all I ask is that you listen to the whole song in its entirety.

A dirty song easily one of his best. If there were ever a song to mimic the effects of cocaine. This banger goes hard as faaackkk!!!!

Disco Rangers is a song that is as much a part of me as my right testicle. Not as well known as his other songs, for who knows why, it is a song that is just flat out easy to lose your shit to. I have seen Skrillex live several times and he has never played this tune regardless of how recklessly i begged him from the front row of Camp Bisco. He proceeded to look at me and smile, went over to his computer, and never played it. It was such a dagger but didn't stop me from having the most fun I have ever had in my life.

Yes David Guetta is a fuckin radio goon. Avicii, Tim Berg 22 years old from Sweeden, on the other hand is on the rise and is a fuckin monster. Some of the most epic times of my life have been at shows when Levels was played at a concert and the song Penguins, better known as Fading into Darkness which is bull shit because why would such a happy song have such lyrics, is an amazingly happy tune which inspired Smiley the Dancing Penguin which made his debut at Electric Zoo 2011 and will be by my side at all concerts from this point onward.

Why the fuck I'm doing this

So like why the fuck would I start a music blog? A somewhat decent question for the general public, but if you know me, you know I fucking lose my shit to music.  Music has always been a huge part of my life. In my early childhood I listened to a lot of hip-hop, namely Eminem which kind of explains a lot, and also a good amount of electronic music. As I grew older I kind of geared away from the rap scene and started listening more and more to electronica especially in highschool. I have been listening to dubstep for around two years now and have grown to really love it in the last year. Music, for me, has always been a way to escape the difficult aspects of reality and has always helped me battle through the more depressing times of my life. That has never been the case more than it has been within the few months when I can truly say that music saved my life on more then one occasion. I am creating this blog to spread uptempo and happy music to whoever wants to sit back and lose focus of the shitty aspects of their lives and lose their shit to a song for a short 3-4 minuets, that can be repeated with just a mouse click. If I, through a song, can make just one person forget their troubles for just a split second then my goal has been completed. Enjoy and feel free to spread the happiness to your friends and families because music really can do special things to the human mind. Because every person in this world deserves to be happy.
